Terms of Service

Welcome to VitalityAlign ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

VitalityAlign is a personal analytics product for tracking life and wellness events and surfacing patterns in your own data. It is a consumer wellness tool — not a medical device, diagnostic system, or substitute for professional medical care.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you log. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to operate the service for you. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Free and Pro tiers are described on our Upgrade page. Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. AI features

AI Coach, insights, and correlations are generated by automated models. Output may be incomplete or wrong. Treat it as a thinking aid, not a recommendation. Never use it to diagnose, treat, or change medical care.

6. Practitioner directory

Practitioner profiles are submitted by users. We do not verify credentials, licenses, or claims. Engaging a practitioner is solely between you and them.

7. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, scrape at scale, or upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or designed to harm others.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create legal risk.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
